Nice clothing store

I purchased items online and forgot to return what didnt fit me as it got lost in the shuffle of moving. This location is the closest location, that is still open, to my work but still 20 minutes away. The manager and sales associate did what they could to help me exchange the items for full price and it was a difficult process. I tried my best to not get upset but I really just wanted different items that actually fit me. They understood my frustration and was able to call their store rep to approve my exchange at full price so I could find items I really wanted plus I even spent an extra $7 because I was so thrilled to find more than what I went there for originally. I really hope this location can stay open so these great employees do not lose their job. They went above and behind for me but not just because "the customer is always right" but because they wanted me to find things that I really felt happy about. I worked retail all through High School and College and still work occasional shifts in retail because I love helping others just like these employees did for me. Thank you so much, I wish I would have gotten their names.
