In April I contracted with affordable JC Inc. for a bathroom remodel. John Carlson the owner and his helper Bill, started on March 2. The remodel took 1 week. They moved some electrical, painted my walls and cabinets and took up my old floor and put down 12 by 12 ceramic tiles. Two weeks later I noticed the grout between the tiles was cracking and coming up in chunks. I called John and told them about it and they came out a week later and repaired the grout and smoothed out some rough walls caused by moving the electic. The grout started to crack again the next week. I called again. John again said they would be out to fix it but they were very busy. It may be awhile. I said that was fine.I was told at that time it would only take a couple of hours to fix. I called him twice after that wanting a date. Finally after another month with no date to fix the problem John and I had a very heated conversation on the phone. He hasn't called since. Fast forward four months later Bill ( johns handyman helper) has been here twice telling me he knows exactly what the problem is but then leaves to get whatever the solution is and doesn't come back to fix it. Yesterday, Monday,june 29th he said he would be here for the third time to fix the problem and he called to say he had worked all weekend and could he come today Tuesday june 30th instead. It's now 12:30 Tuesday and no show and no call with todays excuse. I have called Bill twice and John once, leaving a message. No call back. I think I have been patient enough. Their website says they have a one year warranty on their work but they can't seem to give me the couple of hours it would take to fix it.
