I purchased my Home in April of 2015 and I was very pleased with how smooth my first time home buying experience went. Thanks so much to Dave Campbell who was such a HUGE help. His professionalism, experience, and abundance of knowledge made me very confident and relaxed with the whole process of purchasing my home. I was especially grateful for his willingness to answer so many/all of my questions. He was easy to get a hold of, returned calls promptly, and wasn't shy about extra schooling me on everything. At closing I was prepared to write a check but Dave so graciously made closing costs disappear (Just about $400) Dave took care of it. I didn't need to bring a dime to closing which was awesome. Down payment assistance @ 0%, NO payment for like two months, re-did all paperwork last minute to get rate down another .25% He paid for an appraisal for another home that ended up falling through ( He rescued me on that one) the builder was trying to pull one over on me and was using bogus appraisals. Dave was looking out for me! Highly recommend Dave Campbell and AMEC to all my friends! I have and they have all been very pleased.
