Unprofessional, showed up 2 days later than expected, late by 3 hours to start packing. They sped through packing and just threw everything in boxes sloppy. Nothing was organized in the right boxes- i.e. kids toys along with bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff along with bedroom stuff. I set aside a bag of cleaning supplies in the corner and specifically told them NOT to pack it. They packed it anyways. I also set a box of opened and parishable foods aside for them NOT to take (bananas, bread, and various opened food bags). They packed that too. Now I have a box with rotten bananas and moldy bread. They broke my water filter and didnt bother to tell me. They left behind a lot of items as well. They just had excuses and no accountability. Very unsatisfied with them.
