They have a part that I need urgently for an appliance installation project. It is a special order only part from the manufacturer that nobody else in the country carries. They have it in stock, and I simply needed it overnighted to me and I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to get it. The owner refused. They would not do anything to help me. It sounded like they just didn't care about helping a potential customer.

I would never buy an appliance anywhere else besides here. This place is a good old family run business that doesn't just sell appliances...they solve problems! My washer quit on a Sunday evening and I knew it had to be something simple, but didn't know what it was. I went in on Monday morning, explained the problem and they offered a solution and walked me through the repair based upon their obvious many years of experience. The washer was running perfectly by noon on Monday! It was indeed an easy fix with a $37 part rather than a new washer! I have bought several appliances there and recycled many too. Simple easy appliance recycling as well! Nice to see that there are still businesses out there that value their customers and want to solve their problems rather than just sell you a new machine just to make their sales goals! Again...would never go anywhere else!
