As of September 2014, Aspen Air is no longer in business.
I found this out by contacting the representative we had for a complete furnace and air condition unit replacement package in a foreclosure. Service was great. Install time was great. We were given a credit for their best duct cleaning package which the house still needs.
With moving and such I was finally able to have time to schedule the cleaning (called in September) except the voice mail box and number were no longer current so I did the next best thing by contacting our rep and here I find out just the week or two prior the owner had passed away and left ownership to a relative of some sort who decidedly choose not to continue the company. That was the conversation that I had with the then unemployed rep from Aspen Air.
