I visited multiple dealerships in the metro area looking at BMW, Volvo and Audi. We narrowed it down to Audi as the vehicle of choice. I chose Richfield Audi for a number of reasons. They are zero pressure on trying to sell you a car. Basically they are walking around with you answering questions. They had a good selection of inventory. What I appreciated most was the laid back approach. One other dealer I visited I felt they were a bit smug and slightly snooty. I usually hate leasing or buying new automobiles due to the gamesmanship of let me go talk to my manager etc etc. I had in mind what I felt would be a more than fair trade value for my vehicle. They hit that number on the second go around no long drawn out ping pong match going back and forth. Although our car was in very good condition as a trade in I didn't have them nit pick it to justify why they were giving me what they offered on trade value. We hit he new car price quickly and painless. My biggest pet peeve is when a dealership takes an hour of your time or more to get you the NUMBER! I had my final offer within 15 minutes from start to finish. These folks have a brand new $25 million dollar facility and is absolutely gorgeous. Our salesman Brad Davis was a good listener and courteous to a fault. I could go and on, but is you are looking for a Audi you need to visit these guys before you buy an Audi elsewhere.
