I live in New York City but THIS is where I prefer to get my hair done! Kassandra is an expert, plus always so friendly and accommodating. She’s also created some of the best hair products that I’ve ever tried (and I’m a health and wellness coach, so I’ve tried a lot!!). The best part about this place is that you can feel completely safe with the dyes and products that they use. What they use at conventional salons is NOT good for your health! You do not want to end up getting cancer like Jackie O from having your hair dyed with toxic chemicals. Go here instead. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable...another reason I wish they had a location in NYC!

I went in and was given a partial foil when I needed and expected a full foil. I was in contact with the salon prior to my appointment and never did they mention I would only be receiving a partial foil, and they charged me such a high price for only coloring 2 inches of my hair all around. Usually I only hear of partial foils for highlights and I thought it was weird but trusted them. I asked for a dark brown almost black color and the stylist Vanessa told me it will make me look too pale and gave me a light brown almost orange color not too different from my hair instead, without my permission. They don't even have swatches for picking a color so you totally rely on the stylist to do as you ask, but I was let down as she did not give me my dark brown color. When I said I didn't think it looked different from before she argued with me again saying "I do" and took uncolored hair and colored hair to compare the slight difference. Overall about 2 inches in the front of my head was colored for $65 dollars. Wishing I had never walked into the salon and still had my money. When I asked about getting it fixed I was told I would have to pay even more than the first time I came in. Never have I before been argued with anywhere else, told I'm pale, or talked out of what I wanted and had them do what they wanted anyway. Upon leaving I was in contact with the owner via email where she said personal and insulting attacks at me due to my unhappiness with the service I was provided. There is something seriously wrong with the owner and you can tell just by looking at her. She was the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met, I have never had anyone talk to me the way she did, you just don't treat customers how these people did. I have spoken to many people who have told me when the salon has not given them what they asked for they have redone it for no charge the following time, this salon refuses to do that and fix my hair and has Ignored me entirely. They clearly don't care about the customer and will rob you with their high prices, and bad service. Dont bother going here, they do what they want and are not professional.
