Big O Tires

I noticed my tire was leaking and had a 1/2 hour drive to Chaska. Calked ahead and 15 min before closing...they had 2 folks pull my bad tire replace it and rotate the others. No exaggeration...they had me out at 6:00 pm closing. My best experience by far. Thanks Big O Tires. Jack 3-1-18

I had an appointment to get new tires mounted and balanced on a Wednesday or Thursday. My sister had the new tires in her truck and was meeting me there after she got off work. Well the day of the appointment there was a big snowstorm. I was aware that a bad storm was coming the day I scheduled the appointment and the Big O employee I was talking to said he was sure they would be open. So my sister calls me as I'm struggling with my bald a#% tires through the snow to make it there in time for the appointment and tells me they are closed! I totally get that the snow was really bad but someone could have just givin me a courtesy call to let me know. I feel that this was horrible customer service! My sister and I had to go out of our way and put ourselves in danger for no reason. Unimpressed
