Bluestem Bar

Tonight we had a reservation at five. We weren’t approached by a waiter until 5:30. Then it took 20 minutes for him to come back and take our food order, which took until 7:10 to get to us. In the whole time we were here, he checked in with us only 3 times, and a member of my party had to ask for service twice. When the food finally arrived to us, it was cold and missing pieces of the order. We were also approached and then ignored by several people with a water jug multiple times. My glass was empty from 20 minutes into the ordeal until we left. When we arrived, every other table was just as underserved and frustrated, and also given cold and incomplete food. Several of them even spoke to the restaurant’s owner, who met them with somewhat surly responses. And when we spoke to staff about the problems, they made weak excuses instead of correcting the problems. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back until there are some serious changes.
