When buying my first home, my home inspector suggested that the roof needed to be replaced. The seller's insurance DID NOT want to replace it, even after they sent their own inspector to take a look. I wanted a professional's input on the roof's condition so I contacted Bradach Roofing and they came out and inspected it. After I sent the inspection and estimate from Bradach Roofing to my realtor the seller's insurance finally agreed to replace the roof. Bradach Roofing was the company hired by the seller to replace the roof and my new roof looks amazing! I am very happy with the service I received, all it took was a phone call to Randy at Bradach Roofing!
I also want to mention...
I have aluminum awnings over my windows and entryway that are original to the house and really compliment the overall appearance. I was afraid they wouldn't survive undamaged and brought up those concerns to the owner, Randy. He made sure they stayed intact and well protected during the tear-off. Much appreciated, if they had been damaged it would have cost a lot of $$$$ to replace them and they wouldn't have been original anymore!!
