Buffalo Wild Wings

Fast, friendly service. Good food. When I order for pickup from the app however, it has the oddest restrictions on pickup times and often the order hasn't been released to the kitchen by the time I get there, 40 minutes later. That is a corporate issue however, and a complete rewrite for speed and to not have the odd pickup windows would fix that.

Experience was awful. Called in an order for wings. Went to pick it up......NO order. Thought I was wrong and that I called Crystal. They did not have my order. Called Roseville again. They again said NO order. I asked if they could look my order by phone number. They asked my name told them and they had it under a different name. They did NOT apologize or anything but I told them to forget the order. Worst service I have ever received!!!
