The food is good, like it should be. But for the past 3-4 times now they have not been listening very well on my orders. Today for instance I ordered the egg-normous burrito with extra sauce in the burrito, well I get to work and the burrito is this tiny semi thick looking burrito. The sausage was clumped in the middle of the burrito, and the hashbrowns were all at the bottom, so I got SUPER uneven bites of stuff. It was wrapped so horribly it looked like my 2 yr old made it, just sloppy. There was so much unused tortilla I had to tear those pieces off just to get a bite of filling instead of mostly tortilla. And instead of extra sauce, it seemed like it had less sauce then normal...all in all I don't think I'll go back to this BK for awhile.
