They are always very helpful, polite, and remember me every time I come in, or even call. Or at least they act like it, which is pleasantly surprising. Everyone on the staff is genuinely kind. When I first came to Burnsville motors, one of the men and I had a very strong difference of opinion, but respectfully so. Now, I think he's one of the nicest guys. Genuinely good people, great prices, and they jumped through hoops to get me in a car. I was coming from out of the country and had A LOT of barriers to get a vehicle, despite originally being from Mn. They worked to get me through the hurdles for 2 months and did all they could to made things easier for me. Eternally greatful & will always be a loyal customer for it. The cars they have are of good quality, too.
