Scott is awesome, easy to work with as a landlord. Highly recommend.

My husband and I worked with Scott in two capacities. First, as a property manager. We had minimal issues with our rental but when we did have a question or concern arise it was taken care of within the day. Ex: Our heat seemed to have stopped working during the winter and he had someone over within the day to remedy the problem; we have a 14mo old son so having a responsive property manager who made sure we were warm was very appreciated! Second, we worked with Scott while looking to buy a home for our growing family. He made himself available to answer any questions we had or to go look at houses. I would call or text him after my son was in bed and he never seemed put out about the time and was always very helpful. He also gave us lots of advice on what red flags to be looking for in older homes as well as improvement potential. I also credit our offer being accepted to his understanding of VA loans and ability to communicate how they work to the selling agent. Now that we have closed and moved into our home he has been more than helpful with any other questions for home improvement that we’ve had. Scott is very personable and genuine. We can’t say enough great things about him and would recommend him to anyone.
