Carriage Oaks Apartments

Love everything about this place!! Wonderful friendly staff. Maintenance fixed what needed fixed super quick. All staff is super friendly and made us feel welcome. Always quick on responses. Apartment buildings and lawn is nice and clean. Well kept!! We love it here!! I'm so glad we made this our home!!

I have lived here for almost a year and I have to say when i first moved in i signed my lease due to a women named Sheron working there! She was so helpful and kind, she made my day every day. But they fired her unfairly and Carriage Oaks is now under new management and I have to say they are terrible. If you call the office they sound so unhappy to hear from anyone who is calling. If you walk in you feel like a problem. My work orders are never done on the same day anymore. In fact I avoid the office at all costs because it makes me so uncomfortable. Yes the apartments are nice, and the amenities are good. But personally I would recommend living somewhere else with management that treats you with respect, maintenance that responds to your needs quickly, and neighbors that are friendly. Carriage oaks use to be great! Now its just a joke. I cant wait to move.
