This is bs. Everytime you have an appointment, you end up wasting the whole day... Wait times are ridiculous... Simple appointment for birth control ends up to be 2 HOURS long before you leave. Absolutely insane, I have never been called back on time... They are always apologizing for taking so long to see patients... STOP APOLOGIES AND EXCUSES AND FIX THE DAM PROBLEM...
