My 2017 return was submitted with errors made by Century Tax Services. The owner admitted that errors were made on the return. When questioned she also admitted that she did not prepare the return but her front desk staff did and she "signed off" on it. I don't know what tax prep experience this individual has? I then had to submit additional paperwork to the IRS and asked Ms. Molina for some sort of refund for my time and her errors. She said she would provide one and after several additional calls and emails I have no such refund from Ms. Molina or from the IRS. She has done nothing to follow up with the IRS with respect to the status of my refund it is not mid-November. I found this experience revealed this tax preparer to be unprofessional. My recommendation is to avoid!
