I have gone to this Caribou many times (I only go back because of this particular location is very close to my home) and almost every time I go I get plain black coffee and it is terrible. It is always super watery like they didn't use the correct water to coffee grounds proportion. I am a huge coffee buff and actually used to work at Caribou so I know how coffee is supposed to taste and it is very disappointing to have such a reputable company allow one of their locations to consistently serve bad coffee. The service is also very hit-or-miss. Some of the employees are very pleasant and personable and the others put no effort into making you feel welcome.
