The Cheese Cave

I love coming here. It feels so fancy with the cheese and the wine and the small, cozy atmosphere. While you can get sandwiches, I would recommend this place for appetizers or a late snack. Everything on the plates complement each other very well and since they use different cheeses, it's well worth repeated visits.

Unfortunately I spent Valentine's Day away from my girlfriend, I was in Faribault for business. I stopped by because my sweetheart loves cheese and wine, and I'm glad I did. This place had phenomenal cheeses at a reasonable price. Next time I visit I'll be bringing a bag back to Las Vegas.
