Jana was amazing.
I few years ago I went to Claire's and got my ears pierced. I was not pleased with the results. The piercer failed to listen to what I wanted and didn't properly align them with the future piercings that I wanted.
I went into Claire's the other day to look at some jewelry and started talking to Jana about my previous experience at Claire's. She spent the time talking with me and explaining how she could still make my idea work (even with a messed up line). She was kind, sweet, respectful and very patient. I didn't believe that she could place the piercing in a way I would like but took a chance anyways because of her confidence.
I'm in love with my piercing and very grateful to Jana.
