I took my Dell laptop in because it was running slow and could not connect to the Internet. They were GREAT!!! Took it in at 10:30AM todayand got it back at 5PM that day! They have a flat rate of 49.95 flat fee for any repair! My laptop runs better than when I bought it new. I read the other reveiws and have no idea what they are talking about? All I know is I am going to stay with these guys!!! Fast affordable and really nice.
