I would never do business again with Creative Hardwood Floors. I found the workmanship to be shoddy, chipped plaster, exposed nails, uneven finish coat very thin in some areas and deadlines not met as well as my home left a mess.
There are plenty of floor re finishers in Rochester, my advice is try someone different.
When dealing with a business always make sure all agreements are in writing word of mouth in the end leaves you unprotected.
When having work done in your home be sure to stipulate that the work be done in a professional manner and that workers clean up after themselves.
