Bought a harmonica for cash. The package was mismarked. I called and talked to a man who identified himself as Dan who assured me that I could get my money back. I told him would also be happy to have in store credit. When I got there his clerk called Dan who refused the refund. His clerk tried to slander me by saying I had been drunk and slurring words none of which was true. Also claimed I had not really talked to Dan but another sales staff. Beware when buying here, don't buy with cash here for sure.
