My 77 year old mother went to CVS in Maplewood to pick up her prescription for a previous fall and fell again in their parking lot and No One from the pharmacist to the managers in the store cared one little bit. Other than the pharmacist saying she shouldn't take the medicine prescribed in case she had a concussion! Great advice. They didn't even attempt to document what happened or file a report. Unreal

I am rating this as 1 star because of the pharmacy. The Pharm.D the pharmacist has next to nothing for empathy and a god like complex. Before I got my script he threatened that he doesn't even legally have to dispense it to me. A medication you can have withdrawals of and I had none of. My script is stuck at that pharmacy now because transfers of C-IV can only be done once. I only got a partial refill and as I was leaving because of the insane amount of incompetency by a person with a doctorates and should have compassion. I said to him in passing that he should pursue more pharmacology continuing education. He said in return that "his" pharmacy will no longer fill any prescriptions for me.
