Pretty run down. Staff was friendly. Pool area was cold. Rooms paint peeling off the walls, carpet and walls stained. Non smoking room smelled musty and like smoke 2nd floor. If you are looking for clean sheets and nice staff this works. If you are looking for something nice it's not here.
