Hi, I'm not sure I'm at the right Decadent Desserts but I am at UCLA Ronald Reagan hospital, Los Angeles,having eaten a chocolate round pastry that they not have a sign up that says it's from Decadent Desserts. I am gluten free. It is very tasty, but I really wish it had been labeled on the bottom or somewhere because the staff here really doesn't know. Also, I am lactose-intolerant as many gluten-free people are and I would really appreciate knowing that the chocolate item at least has dairy in it. Maybe it's in the gaunache? So I took my lactase enzyme pill cuz I don't want to have the side effects. It would have been a 5 rating if the pastry had a label with the ingredients. If you are not the right people, do you have any idea who I would communicate with about this? Thanks!
