Bought a bed, mattress and mattress pad for my daughters birthday. They promised to deliver it the day before her birthday as it was one of her presents. Two weeks after her birthday they still didn't have the bed frame or the mattress. Once it finally came in they never called. We called multiple times and no one ever answered. I finally went there to see what was up and the lady was sitting watching TV, so I picked up the mattress myself. I see why delivery was free! She said they still didn't have the mattress pad, but it should come in "in a week or two". Never heard another word from them and they never answered or were open it seemed. Now they are closed for good and we never received the pad we paid for.....crooks.
