Dodge of Burnsville

I was recently blessed interacting with a car sales associate named Mike. We first met after a long day of looking for a new van after finding that we are expecting our third child. This means we had the two other children with us all day. That makes for a very long day of shopping for vehicles. We thought we had found the perfect one and we signed on the dotted line. Since I'm a bit OCD I continued to browse as a always do a little bit after making a big purchase and noticed a vehicle we had over looked at their lot. I knew that this vehicle was the right one for us. We went back in the following day feeling embarrassed and a little crazy. We asked if this was possible when we were met by another sales associate Lori who reassured us that this is not the first time they've run into that situation. She helped us out and got a hold of the previous associate Mike. He chose to come in and help us out instead of waiting at home for a delivery he was expecting with a window of four hours; We all know how those fun situations go. He helped us finalize the process and because we were having a few extras added he allowed us to take the previous van as a loaner so that we wouldn't be down a vehicle. Five minutes after leaving the dealership we were involved in a pretty large accident with two other vehicles. Not only was Mike kind and reassuring on the phone but he showed up at the accident scene to assist us in anyway . He continued to be kind and reassuring stating the most important thing is that we're OK. This individual went far above and beyond. With all this headache we created for him he continued to make sure that the vehicle we had purchased was complete and ready a little sooner so we wouldn't be down a vehicle. We are very fortunate that we made the decision to purchase from such a wonderful person and a dealership that truly cares about their customers. If you're considering shopping here don't think further, they are the right place. Ask for Mike. He truly cares about his costumers.

Robert Hannah at Dodge of Burnsville did a great job showing me the new line of 2018 Dodge Chargers. Very nice man with absolutely no sales pressure tactics. Would highly recommend contacting him if you are in the market for a new car.

I would recommend Dodge of Burnsville to anyone who likes to be treated like a king while shopping for a new vehicle. I had a very good experience with James O. as my salesman.
