Don Christie's Floor Sanding is the place to use. I have a 12' x 10' bedroom with pet stains and no protective coating, and the wonderful workers sanded, buffed and coated it in to a perfect example of hardwood floors! Workers were prompt, considerate, explained their process every step of the way, and cleaned up after themselves.
