Dougs Power Equipment

I purchased a new Echo chainsaw from Doug's 2 weeks ago and finally got to use it to take out a stubborn stump buried deep in the dirt at my house. Just as I was almost done the chain became twisted and came off. There was no fixing it by myself (note to self chain saws do not like dirt). I took it in today, July 1, 2017, to get a new chain and the three gentlemen working today around noonish were so kind. They made me a new chain, cleaned my bar and the rest of the moving parts on my chain saw covered in wet dirt and put my new chain on all while not making me feel like a fool for getting it full of wet dirt. Doug's will be my to to place for all things lawn power related. They were wonderful! Thank you so much!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and upfront. I took my lawnmower in for repairs and was told it wasn't worth fixing. They could have charged me to try and fix it or fix it temporarily, but didnt.Told me to run it until it is completely dead.

Purchased 3 blades for my exmark, clear manufacturing defect leaving cutting edge with a 1mm blunted edge, worthless blades, would not inspect defect, dismissed as normal wear. I used on 1 lawn until noticeable cut quality not on par any other new blades I've purchased. Let down. Would suggest other options before Doug's.
