An amazing experience that prompted me to write a review - and I rarely find time to do these kinds of things.
My family and I just moved to Minneapolis from Ohio - it's stressful trying to reset all your connections in a family move like this. I met Dr. Bob away from his office personally and ended up speaking to him about our mutual love of 70's music. I needed a dentist locally, so I scheduled the whole family in for a first appointment/cleaning, etc.
The location is in a really nice neighborhood on the eastern edge of Edina. The office appears to be a home that was rebuilt into an office with huge oak trees and a beautiful garden area you can sit in on a nice day while waiting for your turn, if you don't want to be inside.
The Hygienist (Joan) that took care of me went out of her way to ask me questions and educate me on some things I never knew I was doing wrong. She actually watched me brush my teeth to give me pointers on how to do a better job - no one has ever done that!
Joan's kind words and gentile hands gave me an experience in cleaning that I have never had - not a single sore spot when I left and my teeth feel amazing. She was thorough, thoughtful, educational and painless!
Dr. McNab also was so easy to talk to and took time to educate me, not just on my own dental health, but spent time to talk to me about the rest of my family (wife and two teenage boys). Dr. Bob really knows his stuff and give me information I had never heard from other dentists. In all my (51+) years, my dentists seemed rushed and talked to me hurriedly, Dr. Bob and I had a in-depth discussion on how to take care of my teeth and also how to encourage my family to do the same.
I will be recommending this Dental Practice to all my friends in church and abroad whenever possible. Come here - be welcomed - be comfortable - learn - be pain free - and leave feeling great about yourself and your dental health.
Like I said - I don't write many of these kinds of reviews, but I couldn't help doing this one. It was that good of an experience!
