I had a 26' U-Haul truck reserved for 9:00 am on a Saturday. Nobody came to open the shop until 9:45. They did not have a 26' truck at the location and suggested I take a 14' truck and make 2 trips. At $1.00 per mile I wasn't about to do that. I ended up having to go to Chaska to get the 26' truck I needed.
