Dy's Sewing Machine Repair

I purchased my first industrial sewing machine (used Juki) 2 weeks ago. Imagine my frustration when not even 1/2 way thru my first project using this machine (on a Friday night) it stops walking, the needle stops picking up the bobbin thread, and there is a huge thread mess in the bobbin area. Not knowing anything about this new to me machine, I searched on line looking for a repair shop that would be open on Saturday's so i could drop it off for service/repair. I was fortunate to come across a listing for Dy's. Not only was Dy's repair open on a Saturday for drop off, he also had my machine fixed within 45 minutes! Now that's what i call service! He also took time to explain what went went wrong with the machine and gave me a few pointers on how to use the machine and what to look for if i have this problem in the future. I cant say enough good about this experience. I will deffinatly use Dy's for all my sewing machine repair needs in the future. Thanks again Dy!
