First Experience was GREAT 2nd not so much.. My first visit was amazing one of the managers helped me figure out what bike fit for me and my wants. Very helpful, friendly and patient. Then a few days later I went back to purchase my bike and the rep was NO WHERE near as helpful he made me feel stupid for asking questions and did not seam to want to help me at all. I work in sales and customer service myself and I get having a bad day, but I was very disappointed in how my experience ended. Once he noticed I was upset he seemed to change his tone, but he really changed my excitement and overall experience in buying my first nice new bike. I'll probably go back for service help but other then that really put a damper on my thoughts of shopping in store. Unless that manager is around I highly doubt I'd want to shop there again.
Lame as $#!^ Called to see if they repair ski and snowboard bass, They said they did.. won't sell me the P tex I know for a fact they have because someone last year sold it to me and they still repair... I will take myn and my word of mouth business elsewhere P tex is like 3 dollars a stick I probably would have paid 10 to get it from these effers today, now they lose a customer.... No wonder retail is dying
