First experience with this shop, today: emergency brakes frozen/locked (-16F); the shop was open but busy; but a tech overheard my conversation and offered to come to the house and check (I live 6 blocks away). Long story short, couldn't unlock the brakes, so left a power heater in my garage for an hour, came back later and got the job done! This shop is now my new go-to for repairs; and the tech that came out repairs many other things: heating, ac, refrigeration, etc. He has also been added to my "if it needs fixing list, call this guy"!
