Most of the KFC in the Twin Cities and surrounding area have closed or turned to other restaurants. There aren't many KFC that I know of with a buffet, but this is one. Speed if service is good. Only reason I give 3⭐ is the quality or freshness of the food. Tenders I purchased were dry.
