We had lamanate flooring put in our upstairs hall, on the stairs and two landings. It looks good, but....
We were told one, maybe two days for installation, it took four with one day of no work in between.
They would show up late morning early afternoon and stay until 7 ish in the evening.
They wanted to use our fridge for their snacks and lunch instead of bringing their own cooler.
Two days after they finished pieces of the steps came off, I called to have someone come fix them, THREE WEEKS later (after many phone calls and a couple of appts with no show/no call) someone came, but, they didn’t have the proper stuff to fix them so they said they’d come back the next day. Currently waiting to see if they come back.
I DO NOT recommend using Empire!!!!!
