My partner Cat and I needed a new water heater since our old one was leaking everywhere! Roy from Erickson came to replace the old one with the new one. We rent our townhouse and as far as maintenance goes we don't always receive the best "customer service " the maintenance usually leave their shoes on, make messes that we end up cleaning, and over all just seem bothered by any questions we may have!
So having Roy in our home today was Amazing! We felt free to ask any questions we had which Roy was able to answer, he laid down tarps to walk in and out of our house, and left our place cleaner than he found it! And we keep a clean house! Roy was really nice and his customer service was outstanding, my partner and I would both choose to have Roy back for all our Erickson needs! We will be making sure to ask for Roy every time and so should you!
