Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I was greeted right away and given an accurate and doable wait time, which is why I’m giving any stars to this facility. Now as for my haircut, I’m completely devistated. When I left my hair was still relatively wet so I couldn’t tell anything was wrong. Looked like a normal haircut to me. But as it dried it started looking worse and worse and by the end it looked as if a preschool had taken a pair of siccors to my hair. It is very uneven and extremely choppy. I asked for my faint layers to be trimmed and now it looks like chunks of my hair are missing. Like I said, absolutely devistating to have something I cherished look so appalling. I am never going back.

First time, came it at 3:40pm on Monday, and only waited 7 minutes or so. Got a cut from Sonja and was happy with the result. I showed her a picture and she made sure to ask me what and how I wanted the hair cut as she was cutting. Looks great and clean. Very happy
