This was our first trip to Fuji and will be our last. The service was OK. We had to wait at the hostess stand for awhile before someone came to great us. We were able to be seated right away. The waiter was nice and speedy. The food was not very good. The chef tossed so much seasoning and unknown stuff on all the food, we couldn't eat much. We got a lot of rice and veggies, but very little meat. We have been to other hibachi restaurants and love their food.
