Ordered a sectional August 21. When couch was delivered September 7 half the sectional was wrong fabric. Apparently it was someone else's half couch! My other half of the sectional got delivered to another store in Minnesota. Kept calling both Cloquet store and Duluth store to find out the status of when I'd be getting the other half of my couch and they said they were working on it. Been a total run-around! It's been almost a month now and I still don't have the other half of my couch! Horrible customer service! Wanted to buy local, should've bought elsewhere!
