Saw one of their drivers, truck 71017, with a tablet on the dash watching a movie! On 94 going east! Thought at first might be tired and weaving but no! Couldn't believe it! Called state patrol and got off the highway. 10-15-16 around 6pm near Baldwin WI exit.
