This place is essentially a polished turd. The landlords are your general landlords who like to work against the grain and would prefer not to help you out. I lived here awhile back and things were constantly breaking in the apartment. Dont be fooled into thinking this is luxury living. The appliances are about the quality you might find at surplus store.
