Wow, after reading this I stand by every comment I made. Typically a business takes a bad review and works to better things, not blast the customer! I felt that what this stylist did to my hair was worth mentioning, as it was the worst haircut I have ever received. How dare you call me vindictive! I would like you to get your hair butchered and then call me vindictive again! I have every right to express to you and your company the fact that your stylist ruined my hair. This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever dealt with. Maybe you should take lessons from my new stylist on how to treat your customers.
