I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for 20 years! This was my first time at this location and my last. I may stop using Great Clips all together!
1) I pulled in and there was no place to park. I had to wait for someone to leave!
2) I logged in online, so there was very little wait! I LOVE this feature!
3) A nice gentleman cut my hair. We had a nice chat while he was cutting my hair.
4) There was a young man getting his hair cut in the next chair. He had explained how he wanted his hair cut but the woman cutting his hair had not done as he asked. He stopped her and tried to correct her. He explained again that he wanted a Military cut with blended sides.
She again started cutting. He stopped her again and tried to get her to understand she was not cutting his hair like he had requested.
At this point the woman got angry and asked another Stylist to take over. All good... BUT then the Woman said, maybe you can talk to him in Spanish so you will understand him!!!
I was appalled! This young man was Hispanic but his English was perfect. Her comment was obviously racially motivated!
When I finished my haircut the young man was in front of the store in tears. His Hair was butchered!
It was very disturbing to me!
I will never return I am emailing Great Clips Corporate too!
