I grew up coming here under my primary doctor and never once had a bad experience; however, since my first primary doctor retired a few years ago, I've had nothing but awful experiences and service here... and let me tell ya, I ALWAYS try to see the bright side of my bad experiences. My three past appointments here have been the worst I have seen and experienced in the healthcare field. The wait was 40 minutes+ (on more than one occasion), receptionists were too busy on their phones and gossiping about co-workers, one of the doctors I met with (Dr. Mitchell) was rude and refused to listen to what I had to say and proceeded to mock me. Dr. Jarstad did not respect my time at all and decided to skip my appointment overall as a sat and waited for almost an hour.
Definitely will not be returning to this HealthEast location.
