I stopped by to get a patch on my tire. They said that it could be fixed, five minutes later they told me there was no way it could be fixed because the sides where too bad and I have to buy a new one. This seemed odd because the tire did not look bad and it only has adout 10,000 miles on it but I am no tire tech. So I trusted them, and bought a new one. I asked for the old tire back just so I can review it. And get a few other opinions.
I got 2 other options from tire places and both said all I need was a patch.
So I had it patched and it drives great.
My other complaints are they didn’t even bother putting the spare back under the van. ( it was very slow day for them)
The tire was $130 for a car tire, I thought was over priced.
Obviously I got my old tire back but somehow was charged a disposal fee. I mean how bad are these guys going to screw me.
I will be sure to tell this story to everyone I know.
