My wife and I have purchased our new home and we wanted to see what this location has. Upon entering the store we were impressed and excited to walk through the store. We were in the store for close to an hour. Not once did anyone approach us to offer any assistance! The worst part is, is that my wife and I made eye contact with numerous of associates and not one even acknowledged our presence! There were groups of associates socializing on the couch as we walked by...nothing! Any opportunity for our business at this location is out the window! We will never set foot into this location again!
