Bernie Marcus your interview on Fox news earned you a demotion from 3 to 1 star. $1000 for 20 year employees? I ask you how many 20 year employees are there in the isles at the stores? Those are the people that need the breaks but their not getting it. What I've discovered with all HD stores is you have to be persistent. Rarelly is there a motivated knowledgeable employee. If you need help it's really in your best interest to aggressively seek it. It's best to ask, look and ask again. Never take what an employee tells you as an absolute. Ask! Ask! And ask again!!!! This is one of the older HD stores in the Twin Cities. Despite the fact they recently updated their lighting it still has some pretty dark isles. It's slso got a lot of clutter in the isles. Recently they also updated their indoor signage and for some reason they installed the directional sign for the restrooms 8 isles from where is should be. It should be next to the paint sign in my attached photo. I guess they want us to get a more steps in by walking an extra 8 isles past the restroom and then 8 more back to it. A petty annoyance but don't they have teams of over paid employees who work in this for umpteen months beforehand?
